By accessing or using Saledra (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Saledra researches accounts, matches them against your offer, and drafts outreach. A person approves every message before it is sent.

3. Data confidentiality

All data you store, generate, or process through the Service is confidential and belongs to you. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service. We do not share your data with third parties outside our controlled infrastructure boundary (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Saledra does not use your data to train AI models.

4. Account registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

5. Billing

• The Service is billed on outcomes. Current prices and what counts as a billable meeting are listed at saledra.com/pricing.
• A month with no qualified meetings costs you nothing.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Existing customers will be notified of any changes that affect them before they take effect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct phishing.
• Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access to systems.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saledra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Saledra's liability is limited to incidents directly caused by our own negligence, such as accidental exposure or deletion of your data by our systems or personnel.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Account termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
